Prices start from £110. My pricing is based on a set hourly rate, and your quote will depend on a few details such as your event location, the date, and whether you need more than one artist. You’ll always receive a clear, upfront quote with no hidden costs.

Booking is quick and straightforward. Just fill in my booking form with your party or event details, and I’ll get back to you to confirm availability and price. If you’d like to go ahead, I’ll send over your invoice and digital booking agreement. Once the full payment has been made and the agreement has been signed, your date is officially secured and I’ll email your booking confirmation.

I recommend booking around 3 months in advance, as dates fill up quickly. My diary runs on a first‑come, first‑served basis, and dates can’t be held without full payment. Booking early is the best way to secure your preferred date.

Cancellations must be made by email. A non‑refundable 50% fee applies to all bookings. If you cancel more than 28 days before the event, 50% of the total fee is charged; with less than 28 days but more than 7 days’ notice, 75% is charged; and with 7 days’ notice or less, the full fee is charged. Any outstanding balance becomes due immediately. If I’m unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be refunded in full. Weather‑related cancellations follow the same charges, so please have an indoor backup plan for outdoor events.

Yes, I have full Public Liability Insurance, and I can provide my certificate on request.

My role doesn’t legally require a DBS check because I never work with children unsupervised. A parent or guardian is always present during painting. If your event requires a basic or enhanced DBS check, I’m happy for you to arrange this on my behalf.

Yes, I’m based in Bodmin, Cornwall, and regularly travel for parties and events. I generally cover up to around 60 miles (roughly one hour) north or south of Bodmin, and any travel costs will be included in your quote. For larger events, festivals or special bookings outside this area, I’m always happy to discuss travel options, so feel free to get in touch, and I can let you know if I can accommodate your location.

A safe, dry and well‑lit area is ideal, indoors or outdoors, whether in the form of natural lighting or lights/lamps. If possible, placing me away from loudspeakers or high‑noise spots keeps the atmosphere calm and helps me paint at my best.If the event is outdoors, please ensure there is suitable shelter or shade to protect against changing weather and keep everyone comfortable (we can bring our own for an additional fee).We provide our tall chair and face‑painting table however a couple of extra chairs would help organise a queue and an extra table would help if you have additional services such as glitter tattoos etc.

On average, I can accommodate around 10 guests per hour for full face designs. For high-volume events, I can simplify the design menu to keep things moving quickly while ensuring every child leaves with something fun and special. This helps everything run smoothly around your timings and guest numbers.

Yes, absolutely. I love painting adults just as much as children, and the energy is always brilliant.

I only serve anyone aged 3 and over. Younger skin is more sensitive, and little ones often don’t enjoy sitting still, so this age limit keeps the experience safe and comfortable for everyone. Some of my other services have different minimum ages, so please take a look at the service‑specific questions to see the age guidelines for each option.

All of my face paints, glitters and adhesives are cosmetic‑grade and FDA compliant, designed specifically for use on skin and gentle to remove. I use trusted professional brands purchased from reputable suppliers.

All of my products are cosmetic‑grade and designed for use on the face and body. Many children with allergies do perfectly fine with them, but reactions can still happen, so the final decision is always with the parent or guardian. If your child has an allergy, you’re welcome to let me know in advance so I can plan around it. I can do a small patch test on the day or adapt the design to avoid certain products or areas of the skin. While I can’t guarantee that a reaction will never happen, I’ll always do everything I can to keep things safe, gentle and comfortable.

I’m unable to paint anyone who is unwell or has broken or infected skin, such as chickenpox, cold sores, eczema flare‑ups or similar conditions. This keeps everyone safe and comfortable and helps prevent irritation or the spread of infection.
